Availabity Of Stock When items are available in stock we will attempt to dispatch out to you the order on the day we receive the order by 3pm. Any orders received after that time will be despatched the following working day. However if a situation arises that the item is out of stock we will try to give you a reminder when it is made available and despatch as soon as we can. In most cases the website will display that an item is out of stock, please be aware that once a order has been despatched it can not be amended or items added to it. These orders in most cases will arrive within 2 working days of being dispatched, however we request up to 5 days. Please be aware that all delivers will require a signature, in any case that you may/will not be home to sign for the delivery please suggest an alternative address for the delivery either to your work address or an alternative address at the time you place the order; if you are a returning customer you can make the changes by login into your account. If in any circumstance the order is lost by Royal Mail we will attempt to make a replacement within 3 working days after we have notified and you acknowledge this notification. If the carrier from the postal service records that the delivery had failed and the goods are return to our premises as a consequence or your non-receipt of the delivery set by the carrier then we will require an additional payment of £9.95 to cover the cost incurred to our administration to cover costs in paying for the return and dispatching the goods back to you. We cannot be held responsible if the carrier fails to notify you of an attempt to deliver. In this situation you will need to contact the carrier directly. We will inform you as soon as the goods are returned by the carrier and notify of the additional costs if you choose to have the good re-dispatched, however if you choose not to have the goods dispatched it will be treated as a cancellation and we will deduct the original costs for shipping and an additional £5 to cover the administration. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee. If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available. Faulty goods will be forwarded to the relevant manufacturer who will decide if an item is faulty or not, only then can refunds or replacements be issued.
