SkinCareService.co.uk  provides a refund policy.  You have two case scenarios:

1) If you have discovered that the product ordered is the wrong one, or you are dissatified with your purchase for whatever reason; then we will refund your moneyback with no questions asked as long as the product has not been opened we will refund the money!

2) SkinCareService.co.uk staff members have advised you on recommended products for your skin and you have further taken this advise and purchased products and the product has not taken affect and described, then under our return policy (even if the package has been opened and used); we will refund your money. 

All of our products are despatched with the barcode tracked therefore we can refund your money no matter when you return it to us.
